Ross is a former Startup Founder (one exit) who has a passion for building in the private market space. Prior to joining Foresight he spent 2 years leading a 15 person team building a large data platform buildout for General Catalyst.

He is a huge believer that great teams win, going back to his days coaching NCAA Division 1 Hockey at his alma mater Quinnipiac University where the team went a collective 79-26-17 during the three seasons he was on staff including two trips to the Frozen Four.
